Made for Let’s Make A Deal season 16 - September 2024

The prompt: create a product called “Sushi in a Can” that is sealed, and can be opened like a can on air. We attempted to shop fillable cans, but had no luck.

Ultimately, we ended up purchasing canned vegetables and emptying the contents through the bottom. After cutting out the bottom of the can, we layered our sushi with pieces of seaweed into the can from the top down and resealed the bottom with a makeshift sintra piece. Finally, we wrapped each can with a custom graphic and served with soy sauce.
